Consulting
Each week starts with a working session with you and your leadership team. We look at what shipped, what's working, and where the next cycle should focus.
Development
Whatever the cycle calls for, we build it on top of Claude: skills, agents, MCPs, plugins, integrations.
Training
We train the team on what the cycle surfaced. A live workshop or a practical session, built around the work they are doing.
Repeat, every week
The loop runs every week for three months. By the end, Claude is embedded in daily work and the team runs it without hand-holding.

Pricing questions
Are the prices negotiable?
No. Prices are published and the same for everyone. The only thing that varies is the quote for each development or training, which is fixed up front based on complexity or length.
Is there a lock-in?
Not on the standalone services: consulting is monthly, and development and training are hired per project. The full engagement has a three-month minimum, which is what the system takes to settle in.
How does the money-back guarantee work?
It applies to the full engagement. If it's not a good fit after the first month, we refund what you've paid. Everything built up to that point stays with you.
What does "unlimited" mean in the engagement?
We don't count developments or trainings: as many go in as the weekly cadence can absorb. The limit is each week's capacity, not a quota.
How is a development priced?
It starts at €1,000 per project. Before we start you get a fixed quote based on complexity, and that's the price: no extra hours billed afterwards.
Can I start with one service and move to the engagement?
Yes, and it's a common path: a training or a development first and, if it fits, the full engagement with all three disciplines moving forward every week.
How does billing work?
Consulting and the engagement are billed at the start of each month. Developments and trainings are billed once the quote is agreed, before the work starts.
What does an AI consultant do?
An AI consultant helps decide where AI is worth using in a company's work, what to automate first, and with which tool. At Galileo14 that also means building what's needed and staying on until the team runs it without us, not just handing over recommendations.
How much does an AI consultant charge?
It varies a lot by consultant: hourly, per project, or a fixed monthly retainer. Our consulting has a public, fixed price of €2,000 a month regardless of company size, and that price is the same for everyone.
What is AI consulting?
It's the work of helping a company adopt AI over time: picking use cases, choosing models and tools, putting governance and security in place, and measuring whether it's working. A one-off talk about AI doesn't do much; it takes staying long enough that it becomes part of how the work gets done.
