01Are the prices negotiable?
No. It costs the same for everyone, whatever the size of the company.
02What does the price include?
Consulting, development, and training. A one-hour call with your team every week, Slack access, one active build at a time with the next requests queued, and training for whoever will use what we build. There are no separate quotes.
03Is there any lock-in?
No. It is billed at the start of each month and you can cancel whenever you want. Everything built up to that point stays in your repositories and your accounts.
04How does billing work?
We send an invoice at the start of each month. It can be paid by card or bank transfer.
05What does an AI adoption consultancy do?
It helps decide where AI is worth using in a company's work, what to automate first, and with which tool. At Galileo14 that also means building what's needed and staying on until the team runs it without us, not just handing over recommendations.
06How much does an AI adoption consultancy charge?
It varies a lot by firm. Demand is very high, and many try to charge by impact or by project at outlandish prices. We believe in being straight about money, and we charge every client the same.
07What is AI consulting?
It's the work of helping a company adopt AI over time: picking use cases, choosing models and tools, putting governance and security in place, and measuring whether it's working. A one-off talk about AI doesn't do much; it takes staying long enough that it becomes part of how the work gets done.
