AIconsulting for companies.

A full diagnosis and ongoing advice, so you know what to automate, with which tools, and who on your team will keep it running.

The problem

AI needs three Cs to work.

C1

Context

The AI has to know your company: your processes, your data, the way you work. Easy to get.

C2

Capability

The right tools and the right licences for each role. Also easy to get.

C3

Criteria

This one takes years. Knowing which systems to build, and which to skip, saves you a lot of time and money.

Giving AI context and capabilities is easy. The hard part is deciding what to do with them. When something costs little to build, the temptation is to do everything with AI, and weeks go into work that barely improves the process.

We have spent several years building AI projects, and they taught us where AI adds real value, where it can be left running on its own, and where someone has to use it and stay with it.

The symptoms

Why you need good judgement

01

The tools are in place and the work has not changed

The licences are paid for, someone on the team has run tests, and something works in the demo. A month later the day to day runs exactly as it did before.

02

The easy work gets automated, not the important work

Things start where they are simple to build, not where the money goes. The process that eats hours every week is still done by hand, because it is the hardest one to touch.

03

Everyone has their own method

With no shared criteria, each person solves the same problem their own way. What one builds, another cannot maintain, and none of it survives that person leaving.

04

Everything looks urgent

A new model or tool ships every week. With nothing to filter it, the decision becomes either touch nothing or try everything. Both cost time and money.

05

AI costs more than payroll

It starts small, licences and usage add up, and the bill climbs fast. By the time someone looks at it closely, there is still no result that justifies it.

06

A client notices the quality has dropped

Adoption goes fast and nobody measures what comes out the other end. You ship more and worse, and the first to notice is the client who has taken your work for years.

What we measure

8 deliverables · audit included · 1 report

01

Inventory of current use

What is really being used and how, not how people say it is being used.

02

Maturity report

Whether you can go deep now or there are earlier steps to take, such as context and tools.

03

Team level, 1 to 5

Where each role sits, against the five levels of AI use.

04

Map of AI champions

Who has the appetite and the judgement to hold this up once we leave.

05

Automation opportunities

What can be delegated today and what cannot yet, ranked by cost and by saving.

06

LLM cost optimisation

How to cut costs right away without losing performance.

Included

An audit on 2 fronts

At no extra cost, inside the diagnosis.

07

Usage policy and governance

What an agent may touch and what it may not, with the risk classification the AI regulation in force asks for.

08

Security of the Claude setup

Which permissions, MCPs, skills and hooks run in your account, and where credentials or data could leak.

Second opinion

Project review

Format · first session + review + conclusions

For teams that already built something and it is not working. One consulting session, we review the project for as long as it takes, and we close with a conclusions session: what fails, why, and what we would do.

What our clients say

“Galileo14 got our entire team into Claude Code, and we actually use it every day now. They have a way of explaining the hard parts where everything falls into place the first time, and every session moves us forward. Some of the most valuable hours we spend.”
