We are Galileo14, an AI adoption consultancy founded by Pablo and Gonzalo Verdugo, two brothers with over 15 years of combined experience across artificial intelligence, engineering, automation, and data projects.

Claude Cowork
The desktop agent, no terminal involved. It works on documents and on the applications the team already uses, so it tends to be the way in for people who do not code.

What we usually get asked.
01Where do we start?
Book a free 30-minute call. We look at where you are, whether it makes sense to start at all, and tell you what fits best as a first step: a workshop, a strategy week, or going straight into a first skill or integration.
02How much productivity gain can I expect?
Most teams double their output on the work we target. That is the realistic baseline, not a promise: it depends on which processes we pick and how much the team uses them afterwards.
03Do we need technical knowledge to work with you?
No. Some clients have never opened Claude; others are already using it heavily. Adapting to your level is part of the job, not an extra.
04Can you train our team even if they have zero AI experience?
Absolutely. We start with the basics (what Claude is, what it does, how to talk to it) and work up to practice with Claude Cowork, Claude Code, and agents. By the end, people are using Claude day to day, not just understanding it in theory.
05What's the difference between you and hiring an AI developer?
A developer writes code. We do that too, but we also help you decide where Claude fits, where it doesn't, and how to bring it in without spending six months learning what we already know. Think of us as your adoption partner, not an extra pair of hands.
06How long does a typical project take?
Scope determines timeline. A workshop takes about a week. A Claude integration or MCP server runs days to a few weeks. A full skills-and-agents setup or a department-wide adoption plan adds a few weeks on top. We deliver fast and iterate from there.
07What kind of companies do you work with?
A wide mix, though the fit is strongest with companies of around 50 people and up, where bringing Claude in can move things across multiple departments at once. If you're smaller but the use case is clear, get in touch anyway and we'll take a look.
08Can you help if we already use Claude?
That's the most common situation, in fact. Most clients already have Claude somewhere and bring us in to take it further. We look at how it's being used, separate what's working from what isn't, then improve or extend what's already there.
09What does an AI adoption consultancy do?
It figures out where AI fits in a company's work and decides what to automate first. In our case, we also build the tools ourselves and stay on the account until the team runs them without us.
10Is there a Claude AI for business?
Yes. Anthropic offers team and enterprise plans for Claude, with centralized management, access controls, and support built for larger-scale use than the individual plan. Claude is also available through AWS Bedrock, Google Cloud Vertex, or Microsoft Foundry if your company already works with those providers.
